The agreement

You must say that you are paid, clearly, in the video itself and before the recommendation - not only in the caption and not only in a hashtag. "#ad" or "paid partnership with Quaryn" spoken or on screen both work. Never state or imply an income figure. No "make $500 a week", no payout screenshots, no "easy money". You may say what a product costs and what the category resells for; you may not promise what anyone will earn. This applies in comments and DMs too - those are endorsements as well. Say what the product is: moissanite, not diamond. It passes a thermal diamond tester because moissanite and diamond conduct heat almost identically; a dual thermal-and-electrical tester will correctly read it as moissanite. Both statements are true and neither needs dressing up. AI-generated promotional content must be disclosed as AI-generated, and may never depict the product itself. Your code takes 5% off for the customer. You are paid a share of what the customer paid for each piece sold with your code - 10%, less on the few pieces where that would leave the shop under half its own margin (the terms page lists the exact amount per piece). Not per view, not per post. Commission is held for 30 days after the order is paid. If you connect a bank account through Stripe it is then sent automatically once at least $25 is due, and Stripe pays it into your bank monthly. Until you connect a bank nothing is sent, and nothing is lost: what you have earned stays on your dashboard and is paid when you connect. An order that is refunded or disputed earns nothing, and commission already paid on it is deducted from your next payment. Your own orders get the 5% off but earn no commission. Do not post your code on coupon or deal sites, or buy ads on the word Quaryn: either one ends the partnership and forfeits unpaid commission. Stripe collects your tax details when you connect a bank. You are an independent partner, not an employee, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
